How discreet is the delivery?
All orders are shipped in neutral, unmarked packaging with no logo or description of the contents on the outside. The sender is listed discreetly and does not reveal what the package contains.
How long is the delivery time?
Estimated delivery is usually 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on stock availability.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer payment by Card, Klarna and Swish via our payment partner Stripe, as well as payment with cryptocurrency via our payment partner NowPayments . All payments are encrypted and your details are handled securely.
Can I return an item?
For hygiene reasons, sealed intimate products cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days under the right of withdrawal. Please contact customer service before returning an item.

What if an item is damaged on arrival?
Contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the fault, preferably with a photo. We will help you with a replacement or refund.
Will the purchase show on my bank statement?
The payment appears under a discreet company name on your statement that does not reveal what you purchased.
